Was speaking with a representative to help fix an issue on my car. He let me know he could help me out today and asked for additional information. Someone begins speaking to him in the background, and the guy cuts me off mid sentence telling me "I'm busy", then proceeds to hang up with no further communication to me. I texted him the details as he requested before rudely hanging up. Never heard back. Very unprofessional and truly disappointing.

My family was on a trip across the state and we had our alternator die on us. He came out 9pm installed our new alternator and had us back on the road by 11pm. We were able to get back to our hotel and back home the next morning. (Wife)- without this gentleman we would have been stranded in an industrial part of town with no help! He came to us and got us up and going. I am very grateful and no words can describe my over all appreciation for this man to do what he did for our family. THANK YOU! He was courteous and professional. And the price was fair. We very much recommend him.

I’m out visiting family and my car just stopped starting. Called him Friday evening to see if he could help on Saturday so I can make it home. Said he could and we agreed on a time. That time came and went and he never responded to any texts. After calling again he said he would be there in 1.5hrs, never showed up or communicated with me the entire day. Now I’m having to scramble to find a way home and figure out where to send my car to get it fixed. I do not recommend.

Had to get rid of my 2014 Honda CRV today due to a incompetent mobile mechanic who somehow managed to bend the motor mount, strip multiple spots/bolts/studs on the body, and other damages that made it not worth to fix. I had him come out to change out a serpentine belt and he ended up totaling my car due to the damages he did. He was not able to change it out and wrecked my car. Was at my house for 2 hours for a belt. This happened on friday and I had to have it towed to Serra Honda in Grandville, they were able to see the fresh damage he did and found bolts that were just laying there inside the hood where he was doing the work. I do not recommend J & J mobile mechanic to anyone and want to warn others of him. He's ghosting me now and won't answer anything I send and won't answer my calls.

I was stranded in Wayland at J&H family stores with a flat tire didn’t have a spare this was around 3am by 6:30am had a replacement tire by this amazing company they texted me letting me know as they were arriving they put the tire on and were very professional I would give them more than 5 stars plus there prices are unbeatable highly recommend
